Residential

Residential users wishing to obtain their own personal IPNexion VoiceComm USB Unit can do either of the following:
Complete the registration form or send an email to personalVC@ipnexion.com. An IPNexion representative will contact you within 24 hours to make the necessary arrangements and provide training.

Businesses

Businesses wishing to have multiple IPNexion VoiceComms installed at their place of business must contact our Institutional Client Centre by sending an email to businessVC@ipnexion.com.

Technical Support

Once assigned, IPNexion Voice Communicators cannot be sold. Transfer is permitted only when done through an IPNexion re-registration process. Any IPNexion VoiceComms not obtained directly from IPNexion will not be honoured for technical support or unit replacement in the event of unit defect.
